Horsies finished, so I was looking for something on the Olympics to watch while I knit. High level rhythmic gymnastics is absolutely stunning. It's like a strange mixture of dance and juggling, and rather reminds me of the Moscow State Circus (I think for the athleticism of the girls). I'll definitely be watching this tomorrow.

More horsies just starting in the modern pentathlon.

I saw a few rounds of the men's yesterday, and was not impressed with the horsemanship. I'm not sure if it was riding strange horses, or the need to complete because of the handicapping for the race, but the riders I saw seemed to be kicking the horses round the course, and hauling on their mouths to steer, in a way that would have got me banned by my riding instructor as a kid. (Actually, one girl who rode like that and wouldn't stop was put up on the pony she'd been beating up bare-back, bare-footed, and bridle-less. She lasted about 4 seconds.)
Maybe they were just bad rounds, but it was terrible to watch.
