Oh boy. Christmas gift returns are a pain in the butt to deal with. And people who buy electronics and complain to us, the employees, about not knowing how to use them which means they apparently lack the ability to read the manuals are worse.
At least I'm not always stationed in places where I have to talk to people. This time around they needed help badly, so I was looped in to help.
Ah well, it's a new year now. Gotta think of a New Year's resolution that I'll actually stick to.
"Giving up smoking" isn't an option. I've tried that for years, it's not going away any time soon. Self-help books are useless and can be happily used as ashtrays.
