I'm not sure if I'm supposed to feel insulted or not at this. Yesterday at work, I was asked if I wanted to work in the "geek" department. Aka the department that has to deal with people's technological problems and try to fix them. I guess I'm...flattered--not entirely sure--that they think I'm that tech-savvy, but the whole delivery of the proposal...eh, not so much. "Matt, you're a geek, wanna work for the Geek Team?"

Not if you're going to put it that way.

If anything, stroke my ego, it's hardly ever touched.

But whatever...I'm still thinking about it. The pay is good, I'm just debating if that's really worth putting up with all the people and pretending to care about their problems which they could have easily solved on their own if they had put any effort into it.

Now back to non-work-related things.

Rush Week. Not interested, I don't have much to say about that. It's not worth getting outside for and having to be around so many people at once. Though the "free food" bit was enticing, I have to admit...

Girls. Please, when a guy says he has to go, let him go. Thank you for being nice, but really...I got chewed out when I got back home for being really late. I'd rather avoid facing another Mello-wrath, thanks.

Homework. Easy, a few essays, one project so far. This year will be a breeze, I can tell already. Well...except for speech-giving. Can't do that. Nope. That'll be my biggest issue this year.

Pets. If you live in an apartment with a PMS-y chocolate-addict and are a smoker, would it be wise to bring a pet into the mix? Been kinda wanting a cat or a dog...for some reason.

[[ooc: strikes are hackable, just try not to ask too many questions about them XD; he's a bit embarrassed, and that's weird for him *pets muse* poor apathetic person.]]
