I have a job!
I'm now officially the Office Manager at King of Kings Lutheran Church in Ann Arbor
I interviewed for this job over a month ago, and they *just* got back to me yesterday. Which was mildly frustrating, but just goes to show how much they need someone to get the place organized. Which I'm kind of excited to do.
The job is part-time, 20 hours per week, which is exactly what I was hoping for, so that I can use the rest of my time to continue to study and bake and work on my cookie shop plans. And, although they haven't actually specified what they're going to pay me yet, the ad listed the job as $13-$16 per hour, which should work out to be just about how much I need to get by. Plus it sounds like they're really flexible in terms of when I want to work and everything.
Mostly it's just a huge relief to not have to worry about finding a job anymore!
