Inhabited Kitchen

As some of you know, I've started a cooking blog.

http://www.inhabitedkitchen.com

I'd actually started it on Blogspot some years ago, wasn't up to posting, let it slide... When I decided to go forward with it, I nudled around with it all summer to be sure I really could do it.

Then I set up a Wordpress site on my own domain, so I have more control, and transferred everything over to it.

As many of you know, I've been dealing with chronic illness for 7 years, now. And it has been very important to me, and to my health, that I eat good nutritious food, as poor eating would just make me worse. And it is important to me that my food taste good... Over the years I've developed ways to expend a little energy, when I had some, to save a great deal of energy when I did not... Shortcuts, and precooked foods and methods that let me eat real whole foods in the time it would take me to open a can, or call out for delivery.

And it seemed to me that other people would benefit from knowing these. Anything that can make it easier to get a quick but good dinner on the table seemed worth sharing!

Anyhow, I hope people enjoy it, and find it useful.

And thank you to minstrlmummr for posting about this, before! (I've been a bit swamped, lately...)
