Create new selective color layer with the following settings.
Reds +100/0/+31/0
Yellows +100/0/-100/0
Cyans +100/0/0/0
Blues +100/0/0/0
Neutrals +20/+10/0/0

Create another selective color layer with the following settings:

Create a new color balance layer with these settings:
