Reason 43427033083 why I love Lise
Lise has offered to come in on her day off next Thursday to fix my hair. Now that I've fully washed all of the product out that Nanc put in it and fully styled it myself, it's quite evident that Nanc managed to cut the back so that it doesn't curl, either. It doesn't even look as if it's actually been cut evenly. I can't imagine putting up with this until the 17th when I'll be in VT again. So, I rescheduled my work plans on the 9th so that I have the day available, and then got David Boss's okay to take a vacation day.
I've talked with Tyger and he's fine with having me stay over on Wednesday and Thursday night (I'll head back to MA early on Friday since there's a late morning meeting I can't get out of on Friday). Then, I'll turn myself around on Friday afternoon to head up to GNEW.
I've warned Lise that we're probably going to need to go quite short, since I don't see any other way to make this look as if it was done on purpose.
In other news, it turns out that one of my friends from high school is coming to N. Billerica for work today (he lives in VA and is up here for a whirlwind business trip.) So, we're going out to dinner after work. Yay! :-)
