You don't have to tell me twice!
David Boss has just officially told me the following. When I'm on a business trip, if I only have 1/2 day of actual work to do (such as when I have an OH claims review), I should feel free to spend the afternoon in the city at a museum or doing something else that's fun. That way, I can get in and back out again before rush hour begins.
Well, far be it from me to avoid doing what my boss instructs me to do. :-)
