Up the Money, Down the Temp
This week was bitterly cold, especially Monday to Wednesday. On Monday we had heavy snowfalls for a good part of the day and on Tuesday too. Many parts of the country became blanketed in snow (not Bloemfontein, though) and the mercury dropped to the single digit Celcius level by day. I never saw this big a snowfall in my life. It's one of those moments where you wish you had a camera to take a picture.
On the upside, my job reviewed my salary and have given me a raise of R850 per month extra to my usual pay of R2650, meaning I get R10,000 extra a year. ^^ That means extra to save and maybe I can save up for ADSL and a PC upgrade for Half-Life Ep2 later this year. W00T!
