i, Robot played at the SLC tonight. It was pretty cool. The first half was lame and full of product placement. The second half got pretty cool. The digital shot were amazing. There were shots of the digital camera spinning around him like nuts. Weta Digital is fucking amazing. They totally smoke ILM, it's not even funny. Lucas has been totally usurped.
We (being Brandy, Cole, Rebecca, Myself, and for a little bit, Samir) went over to the Park Ave. Diner afterwards. Dan was our waiter and he was rad. I had killer cheese wedges and got extra because Dan dropped some. It was awesome. We all shared a chocolate coke. Everyone thought it was gross, but despite thinking it was gross I still liked it. It was a very interesting flavor.
First day of classes was ok. I almost missed my first one by going to the wrong room. I ran to the library and looked up the right room. I ran over there and was only like 10 or 15 minutes late. I didn't miss roll and thus wasn't dropped. Go me.
