putting a band-aid on a cut doesn't always prevent it from leaving a scar. I'm sick of hearing apologies. and accepting them because I feel badly.

I have never even heard that band-aids prevent scars. I thought if you used them, you'd get them worse, becuase I thought you needed to let the wound get oxygen to scab, then heal correctly, and not be covered by a band-aid. I hate band-aids, they're gross and hurt to take off.

exactly. sometimes they make it worse.

but sometimes they do help because they prevent the cut from becoming infected.
