My weight is slowing rising. I am about 185 right now. Somewhere, I picked up a 6-pack. It's not perfectly chiseled, but it's definitely there and it creeps me out a lot. My arms are even more slowing increasing in strength although my legs can still drive through about anything. Squatting, cleans, and deadlift has been resumed and squat is getting back to 450 (soon, 400 right now), deadlift 350, bench 200 (barely). Almost in the 1000 pound club. Funny, because I can Hack Squat over 1000 pounds. Eh, whatever. I will play football again. I just need to get my weight to ~240. Peace again.
