I'm afraid you'll have to be more specific. I wouldn't fire a good employee without some proof to back up accusations. I haven't received any reports regarding Genkaku's behavior.

Can you name these alleged witnesses? Do you have reasonable proof of any crimes committed in the past?

I am not so foolish as to think that you would fire him immediately; I only wished to warn you. Take his violent tendencies into consideration. I doubt that he is the sort of man you would want to be associated with.
