About as sturdy -- or fragile -- as any normal person would be.
What's okay to mention around him: The only people who know about his past at Deadman Wonderland, his abilities, and his codename would be people with connections to the research group -- so, at the moment, only Genkaku is familiar with Nagi's past. Everything else is fair game.
Notes for the psychics: He's an open book -- go for it. But I doubt there'd be much of interest -- unless the ridiculous level of optimism catches your attention. Sure, he'll worry, he'll fret, but it'll eventually be covered over with hope.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: He's got no defences against that.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Sure. He'll probably be flustered and a tiny bit uncomfortable, but he'll be polite about it.
Maim/murder/death: Catch him off-guard or stab him in the back, and he's as vulnerable as any other person. But if you start a fight with him, he'll be able to hold his own for a while, and will probably aim to run at the first opportunity. Still, someone strong or fast enough would be able to take him down, resistance or not.
