Out Here
Out here, there's no walmart, there's no shell station, there's no publix.
Out here, there's only one place to eat and its open 3 times a day for about 1 hour, if you miss breakfast lunch or dinner, then you are simply shit out of luck.
Out here, you go to the gym for entertainment, and ride your bike everywhere or walk. also, you are biking only if you dare because if you fall and hurt yourself, there's a doctor, but lets face it, what doctor chooses to be here? he's gota be running from someting.. so in essence, you are again, shit out of luck.
Out here the cooking staff has taken a liking to me and they spoil me with surprise vegetarian meals. They are Thai people and so the food tends to be very good and a little spicy.
I'm getting more exercise than ever, and my body is enjoying it, I'm also fairly tan..
Out here, the men are jockying for my time and attention and I haven't had that in YEARS. it's a little fun ,and a little exhausting at the same time.
Out here, I can see the milky way at night and almost every sunset is breaktaking.
Out here there are hermit crabs that walk along the ground the size of tennis balls.
We are making a difference, we are helping to ensure the safety of the country, I'm learning a lot, and I'll probably remember this experience for the rest of my life.
