Past Few Days
I just came back from Cid's class. No, not the Headmaster Cid. The Aeronautics Instructor Cid. I know him personally which is why I call him by his first name, but I think everyone will be better off calling him "Cid" instead of "Instructor Highwind". I guess it's polite to say that, though.
I haven't been able to post because I've been trying to keep myself busy and I've been doing a lot of thinking. A few days ago, I finally got a weapon... and I got it at a price. I mean Zell's driving is so insane!!! The trip to there and back, I threw up lunch. Thanks a lot, Zell... I got an ordinary Gunblade since my Buster Sword didn't come with me somehow. Why, I don't know. Also met this guy named Wakka. Apparently, he's also one of the "outsiders" like myself and Rikku. So later that day, we went to the Fire Cavern. On our way there, we ran into two HUGE monsters called T-Rexaurs... or something. I helped out Cid, Irvine, Yuna, and Seifer defeat the one on the right side. The Gunblade I used was actually very easy to use and kind of cool. Though I felt a bit weak while I did. I had no magic spells or any support. Just my weapon. Then, I noticed something. Sephiroth... did that... one thing... that same thing... that... I can't even bring myself to say it on here... I dropped to the ground... tried to get it through my thick head what really went on... That's Sephiroth alright... but if it really is, then why... Why don't I hear that loud ringing in my ears? Why don't I feel his "actual" presence? Why am I not so scared and fearful of him? I don't get it... What in the world is going on?
After regaining my composure, we went ahead to the Fire Cavern to try and pass that prerequisite for the field exam or something and chose 20 minutes. Since Cid and I both didn't have summons, rather Guardian Forces (GFs), Zell went with us as well. The battle itself was kind of not fair because two GFs showed up, but I figured it was one for both myself and Cid. We ended up defeating it thanks to Cid's Highwind limit break and my Omnislash, but still... that made me so tired. I got Ramuh, and Cid's got this weird looking dragon named Hydra. At least now, we both have GFs.
We left that place as soon as Yuna and Irvine came out of the Cavern and headed back towards Balamb Garden. (Err... I still can't say that name right)
I'm getting confused... but this time, it's natural. It's not like my head is becoming confused by force. These Blue Mako eyes of mine still freak me out sometimes... they glow in the dark for god's sake...
