Busybusybusybusybusybusybusy....
Entering the final week of my practicum and I'm very glad it will be over. Though there's a lot of backend paperwork and phone calls to parents that need to be taken care of. But it will be a nice load off because coming down the pike....
Assuming everything goes according to plan, I take possession of the condo on May 30th. Which needs paint. And carpet. And a new stove. And some electrical work. And a couple of new doors. And two drywall holes patched. And...
I could go on, but it's a
debela-esque sized list. :)
The 'rents will be coming down to help with the painting next week, which will be great. Then it's time to worry about writing final papers for the end of the quarter, etc. Along with all of the home projects. Let the Home Depot addiction begin!
(Oh! And while I'm not much for video games these days, and RPGs are not my normal genre of choice, I picked up "On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness", the Penny-Arcade video game. It's freakin' hilarious and at $20 was totally worth it.)
