Spring Break? Where?
So, aside from not having to wake up each glorious morning and force my happy ass through the dilapidated doors of Mercy Cross, this break of Spring is quite fabulous. Thursday was day one of the Break of Springness. That evening = karaoke (sp?) at The Werks. Fags as far as the eye could see. Twas wondermous...Josh, Noelle, Kim and I sang LOVE IS A BATTLEFIELD. That was so fun. We chatted and parlayed with the hottest of the hot for hours. Back to Noelle's for a bit of a movie. Left...made it home around 5. Slept the next day away. Friday was good. Work blew as usual. At least Jessica was in there with me. =D Corey and I met at Just Us after work. Noelle and Josh and their posse showed up some hours later. We had a good time. Around 3:00, Noelle and I were sitting at a table and in walks Mama T. Yes, Mama T...the long lost mother of mine...the mother of my "former" best friend Trini. I nearly burst into tears at the sight of her. I didn't realize how much I'd missed them. Shortly after, Trini came follwing behind...looking horribly uncomfortable. I would be too, if I were straight in a gay bar I assume. So, Trini spotted me, came and spoke to me. I told her I missed her a lot and she replied with the same. Then Mama T came up to me and as soon as she hugged me I started bawling my eyes out. I felt like a big dykie loser! But, she forgave me, told me she misses me and that she would be at my graduation. =) So all is well in that department. I was also glared at by a Prom Diva Drag Queen...until "it" found out I was gay. Then the glare softened to a mild "burn in lesbian hell" look. Then some fat woman hollered at me and said:
"EXCUSE ME! YOU HAVE A NICE ASS!!" (imagine drunken hick fat woman voice)
I thanked her for her kind, yet undesired remark and continued to dance....
"ARE YOU TRYYYYIN TO TURN ME ON?"
No...I'm just dancing. Shit.
"HONEY...ARE YOU GAY?!"
Yes, yes I am in fact. (why would I be straight in a gay bar?)
"WELL GOOD FER YOU, DARLIN!...GOOD FER YOU! GOOD GIRL! YOU GO GIRL!"

So, Corey and I decided to stay in tonight. He has to be at work early tomorrow and I stayed in because NO ONE was going out tonight. So, here I am. Just getting home from watching Finding Neverland at Noelle's. Good movie by the way. Oh well..Tuesday will rock my cock because we are ALL going to karaoke at Just Us and I will walk in that bitch like I run it...as usual ;-)
