It was awesome. I think I should have a movie marathon of the Tim Burton and Christopher Nolan Batmans. (The Dark Knight is probably the best one, but I have a fondness for Burton - especially Catwoman in Batman Returns.)
Harvey Dent made me sad. I thought he died at the end, but apparently some people online thought it was ambiguous. I would have loved for him to be in the next movie. There's so much unused potential. (Of course, people online thought that Dumbledore was still alive too.)
Well after they killed him this movie, yes. I think they maybe could have done the movie so that he was alive at the end. (Mostly, I wish there'd been more Two-Face emphasis.)
And, yeah. Heath Ledger. It's odd, because I don't think him being in the third one would have worked well regardless - there didn't seem to be much more to explore in movie format with this version of Joker, and it seems like there could have been more with Two-Face.
I can't wait till this movie comes out on DVD.
