I got my conch pierced initially at 6gauge quite sometime ago. About three years after I had it initially pierced, I stretched it to 4gauge with a great deal of ease! And a little over a year after that I stretched it to 2gauge! My experience with stretching my conch led me the same conclusion stretching my lobes did; Wait a long time inbetween stretches and always use plenty of lube right after a nice warm shower!!
