how i spent my christmas
on saturday I went to west LA to see my friend. we had lunch at a taiwanese cafe in San Gabriel. i heard that there are 2000 chinese restaurants within 5 mile radius in San Gabriel. don't know if that's true or not, but there sure are a lot of chinese food places. then we went to a friend's place to play cards. that was a lot of fun. my teammate and I lost, but I didn't care that much. i drank milk tea and it made me really hyper. I think sugar makes me hyper.
On sunday, I drove to san marino to see a co-worker. we had lunch in little tokyo. most of the restaurants were closed that day. the one we went was so empty, just us and three other people at another table. we hiked a bit down on altadena, saw a tiny waterfall. the water seemed clean, but i wouldn't fill my water bottle with it.
then on christmas day. i read some articles because i have to do a presentation in a week. I also vacuumed the house, almost gave me a headache.
doesn't sound interesting? but good enough for me.
