Backtagging: Always welcome and even encouraged.
Threadhopping: Allowed for all public comments; ask for private, locked or encrypted.
Offend: Offend away.
Fourthwalling: Please don't. It's an obscure enough show that even if your character has seen it I'd prefer they conveniently forget.
Gore: Welcome and more than okay. Ned works with dead people on the daily. He might make little girl noises, but he'll be fine.

Hugging / Touching / Flirting: Ned hates to be touched. But if you'd like to try, he probably won't stop you. But I'd like to handle all of this ICly so -- no permission needed!
Fighting / Injuring / Killing: Working with a private investigator gets Ned into more physical danger than it realistically should. Fighting and injuring is 100% okay; killing isn't unless you ask and there's a plot reason.
Other: Ned can bring dead things back to life. If you'd like a plot regarding his power or if you don't want your character brought back by Ned for any reason, you can let me know here.
