Today is my cousins birthday so that means going to my grandmas house. I think I had a panic attack while there. It was soo bad I wanted to walk home. I couldn't breathe my heart was racing and my hands were shaking I couldnt do anything. So I went outside and called Sterling. My mom is mad at me now and I don't think she is going to talk to me for a while. But whatever... I just want to get out of this house sometimes get away from her.
