Well tonight was our first night with the full set. It is pretty much amazing. They built a rake, so that the stage is slowly inclining upward. The whole set is just awesome. We have a running waterfall! A RUNNING WATERFALL! AND A FIRE PIT! Not real .... but amazing nonetheless. I would love the set even if it were just the waterfall. It's the small things, I tell you. But yeah, I am so ready for OPENING NIGHT ON FRIDAY! Although, a part of me wishes this year would just race past so that I can audition for Sweeney Todd! Damn I would love to be a part of that show. But that is next year - and I have to just wait.
EXCUSE ME! But did anyone watch the trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince that went live at 9 PM!? If not, you probably should go to MuggleNet and do that and stuff. It is tres cool. I am so pumped for November. This movie as going to be badass for sure.
So the other day I got into a pretty bad fight. With a cockroach. The battle was pretty intense - I must say. I reigned victorious, but that little bastard did not go down without a fight! It all started in my bathroom. There I am taking out my contacts having a perfectly snazzy time, and in the corner of my eye I see some movement. Homie don't play that! So I turn around and there's this cockroach just chillin on my wall. So I go and get the super intense bug spray. But as I'm coming back to the bathroom I am met with the douche in the middle of the hallway and I spray away. So I'm sitting there for a few seconds and all of sudden it like jumps toward me. Not cool. So I keep spraying and it runs away ..... it's dead. Finally.
So I feel as though my obsession with sushi is getting to me ... because I haven't had any in ages. I need sushi. DUDE! I want a SHAMWOW towel. Those things look awesome. I don't really know what I'd do with it ... but I want it!
Well I better go to sleep. I have work in 8 hours - soooo yeah. And right after - full dress rehearsal. *sigh* Tomorrow's gonna be a long day.
