Hey Fabulous Females I Know Who are Doing Exercise-y Good Food-y Type Things:
I just joined the Self Challenge from Self Magazine. www.self.com I've never done such a thing, but I am in training for my certification in April and I need motivation. Big time. I LOVE their website. Great food diary, workout diary, forums, info. Plus it looks like there are a couple of groups on here dedicated to it. Thought I'd pass it along!
The other thought is that we could make our own motivation group somehow?
