Without knowing any context, I'm going to assume this was a Saturday morning cartoon in the Soviet Union. It's sort of Pink Floyd-ish, but more disturbing.

Isn't that crazy? It's a Soviet produced animated version of a Ray Bradbury sci-fi story. There was also a version of it done without approval by EC Comics in Weird Fantasy #17 from 1953 that was pretty good, and possibly influenced this cartoon. They did several comic versions of his books and short stories before the comics code kicked in.

I'm a nerd, I know...but it's so good/creepy, right? it's like a dark version of the Jetsons.

It's amazing. I was sort of ignoring the Ray Bradbury explanation at the beginning of the video.

I found the story and read it, but the cartoon is way creepier.
