So the past month has been filled with a bizarre turn of events.
Being alone - is never the issue anymore.
I'm constantly around people.
Random people - in random situations.
However - the majority of the time I'm either working or intoxicated.
All in all feeling even more secluded...ten folddddd.
Perhaps I feel this way because I've had the stomach flu - and hid it from people.

On a lighter note I am beginning to dance to Talking Heads, while in my x-wing pilot get up -- or should I say Rebel Hoth Pilot get up.
I found a great Flak Vest site that basically broke down the chest piece into three parts -- allowing me to construct this item with ease.
Dagobah Swamp Project - amazing reference photos.
Helmet news: Looking for a Helmet was once problematic. A passion for the Don Post didn't exactly grow within so -
to bring everyone up to date, I am about to purchase a replica (based off of a APH-6A mold) -- (slash x-wing helmet converted, with the mohawk) from Richie's Armor.
I didn't want to go for it until
I had a sound plan for the design. Which of course...now I do!
I think I'm going to go for a metallic/beige theme. I'm going to mix and match between Luke's,
Wedge's, Biggs', and give it my own touch (possibly greyish pink stripes).
Biggs has really cool checkerboards on his helmet, so I think I'll stick with that for the base layer - but I'm not a fan of the yellow - so i'll leave it ashcan.
As for the Rebel Helmet Decals -
Victor and I sat for hours the other day -- going through 'Fly girl,' 1950's porn, and MISC Pinup Girl stickers to put on my helmet for that "Retro Pilot Look."
We found two that we both agreed would look awesome. It stunned us to know that there is actually a market out there for "babe" stickers - which is kinda sad but funny.
Other Costume news: I recieved my coveralls and I'll begin the conversion process soon - but it won't be until next semester until I get my Hoth Jacket.
In terms of the boots - I've discovered that people are converting moccasins (with three pieces of material attached) to use for their Hoth boots. Now, that's fine and all - but I still don't like the idea of taking old man slippers and then fucking with them.
I'm feeling a little sassy - so instead of taking old man slippers and passing them off as
"hardcore snow boots"
I think I'm going to purchase UGG Boots (ha ha) and convert those.
They look way cooler, and are probably ten times more comfortable.
Hey man, I'm a dork - but I also have standards.
My plan - to blow this guy out of the water.
