I didn't think I'd start crying until tomorrow, but of all things, Dalton getting eliminated set me off.
It was just adorable how happy he was for La'Porsha and Trent. I love when they like each other. I didn't think Dalton would win. Vocally, he doesn't match the other two. He does seem like a sweet kid, though, and he does pretty well with his arrangements, so I'm glad he stuck around. There is a rumor Fueled by Ramen is looking at him. Just a rumor, but that would be a great fit for him. He was one of my favorites just because he brought some fun to the show. He grew a lot too.
And Trent? That reprise of "Chandelier" was AMAZING. Just stellar. He or La'Porsha will make a great winner. I have no complaints whatever the outcome is.

Tomorrow is it. Ryan seemed like he was getting choked up tonight. As he should. He's steered this ship for 15 seasons now. If I was getting teary during Dalton's elimination, well, mascara will probably be a terrible idea tomorrow.
ALL of the winners will make some kind of appearance. I just...seriously. This show has gotten me through some difficult times. I think that might be why I love David Cook and Kris Allen as much as I do.
What am I going to do come January next year???
