Sokka has a disassembled surveillance camera sitting in front of him on the rooftop of an abandoned building.
He knows you're impressed. He knows.
Or at least, he would know if he wasn't frowning so deeply at it. He has the camera, and knows there is a generator on the street somewhere, keeping the electric lights up and running. He just can't think of what to do with the camera - and has no idea where the generator is.
So he's leaning against his catapult and frowning, beating the gravel on top of the roof gently and rhythmically with a hammer. It helps him think. No, really. And is a way better plan than beating his head on the roof to think. Besides, from how frustrated he looks, Sokka certainly wouldn't mind any company.
