Cass watches the creatures only for a moment before diving down to the street below. She races forward tossing one of her batarangs at the nearest... thing.

The nearest 'thing' happens to dislike having things thrown at it. Especially when they embed themselves in it's left shoulder, causing it to crash to the ground mid-stride. Picking itself up with one arm, it doesn't bother removing the batarang. It simply makes for the girl, teeth gnashing hungrily.

There's more batarangs where that came from.

Cass races forward wielding another sharp batarang and goes after the one she wounded. She can count the times she's actually gone all out in a battle and held nothing back.

This would be one of these times.

They hurt, but pain drives it forwards. It does not know how to stop and retreat. The armor helps, but it's slick with it's own red blood by the time it's leaping for her, springing high and fast, arms and legs outstretched.

Cass ducks down to avoid the maneuver and makes a slashing motion with her batarang at what she hopes is something vital on the creature.

Gin heard the screams.

He smiles. He always smiles but this one is different, almost hungry, and he exits the hotel only to flash-step away, staying near the walls until he's around the middle of the street, where there's a creature (not a Hollow, not something he knows) and a woman and she's fighting and there's blood.

Oh yes, there's blood. The smile widens even as he presses his back to the wall, unsheathing his sword and pointing in the creatures direction.

Softly, almost lovingly, "Ikorose, Shinsō."

(shoot to kill)

And the blade extends faster, far faster then it should be able too, far harder, hopefully only impaling the thing and not the woman. Although if she happened to be hit as well, well.

Not a large loss.

It's hard to tell what kills it. The slashing motion cuts deep and hard, but when the sword impales it...well, there isn't much left, and it's limp body is pretty mangled.

It's dead, that's for sure.

Cass didn't expect to see the sword shoot through the creature when it did and barely had time to dodge it. A shallow wound grazed her side and after she kicked the creature off of her she shot gin a glare before taking off towards the hotel

...well.

Some people have no respect. Shinsō returns to its normal state and Gin takes off, flash-stepping down the street.

In search of prey.
