The UCAS Apply form seems to have a bug: I can't add the NTU-Organic Synthesis course that I took. Hrm. Shall e-mail the school about it.

Consulted Ms Lim during lunch break today with Liu Hao. It seemed pretty fruitful; I've gotten some new ideas about how to approach the AQ and the compo but I've yet to see whether they work. She makes the AQ seem so easy by flipping through the compre questions and extrapolating points from them (especially the summary), and elaborate effortlessly. I wanted to ask what was the difference in my block test compo that made it pass (I've been failing with 23/50 since the beginning of the year) but since I didn't bring my previous compos, it wasn't meaningful to compare out of memory.

Is going for prom night out of peer pressure or network effects? More people going means you'll look dumb if you don't go. But more people going means you have more permutations of interactions and photographs to take. I guess as the number of people you know going for prom increases, both factors increases exponentially and sooner or later that 98 bucks seems less daunting to cough out.
Okay who am I lying to. 98 bucks ain't so little. Not that many of my classmates are going either. Bleh.
