Heigh ho!
So I still haven't decided on a new username. Partially because I have a lot going on lately. Partially because I forgot I was planning to do that. And partially because I'm just lazy.
Yes, I get that lazy sometimes. Too lazy to think.
Aaaanywho...
Went shopping today... and hit the jackpot!!! Went to Dollarama and Goodwill first... At Dollarama, I got swimming goggles for my Syaoran cosplay and a white baseball cap for my Sakura cosplay. At Goodwill, I not only managed to get the white Polo short-sleeve I need for my new CardCaptor Sakura cosplay, but I picked up three Disney movies CHEAP ($2/movie for The Great Mouse Detective, Peter Pan, and The Three Musketeers). I almost bought a penguin cookie jar, but I have nowhere to put it.... I love penguins, though.
Then I went to Greenhawk and sat around for a long time while Tori and her friend took AGES to shop. Only reason I was willing to drive them is because of the next thing... Value Village was five minutes away from Greenhawk, so I went there and shopped more. I got the shorts for my Sakura cosplay (SCORE!), red shoes for my Kiki cosplay, and red napkins with which to make my big hairbow, also for my Kiki cosplay. They aren't the same shade of red (shoes are darker) so it may look a little funny, but hey, I got the stuff.
Slight mistake in the CardCaptor Sakura shopping, though... XD I accidentally bought the shirt for one outfit (When she captures Flower) and the shorts for another (when she captures Erase). The difference is fairly negligible - The Erase shirt has a sort of flap on the back of the collar, sort of sailor-style without the tie at the front. Hopefully nobody will ask questions.... Frankly, I think I look more like a tennis player than a cardcaptor in that outfit ;^_^ But oh well. Its a new cosplay.
Anywho, so now I have to be productive. ... Apparently by candlelight, since Earth Hour is supposed to be in ten minutes. Yeaahhh.... Might not do that. I need my laptop and light for school work. And I need to cook dinner.
Hope all is well with the rest of you. Toodles!
