Nyquil and being sick
So I just took a shot of Nyquil like i have the past few nights and i figured i'd update the LJ while i wait for it to kick in. What does someone like me do on a weekend when their sick? well lemme tell u...
NOT A WHOLE LOT! honestly, friday i stayed in tho apryl said she was having a party which i wanted to go to, and i ended up watching Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle for the first time. It was pretty good to tell you the truth. I actually liked it a lot. Some of the shit Cameron Diaz said was pretty funny and Drew Barrymore is the perfect girl so it had me hooked. Def the ultimate girl power flick but i still liked it, haha. After that i ended up playing Call of Duty: Finest Hour on the PS2 just cuz i had nothin else to do before bed and that game is pretty sick i'd have to say. So that was Friday.
Saturday, didn't go to the gym cuz i still felt all conjested (j or g? fuck spelling) so i just hung around and watched football. So funny the Jets missed 2 FGs that would've won the game...fuckin hate the Jets. After that, just watched TV and caught SNL which was pretty funny. It's sucked the past few times i've seen it but it was pretty good this time around. Then just took Nyquil and passed out.
Today, got up, felt good, hit the gym. After that bought an old Rage CD that i'm listening to now, came back and watched the Pats kick the Colts ass. Love how all week everyone picked the Colts and we destroyed them, u'd think we would've shown them not to bet against the Pats, but i guess it wouldn't feel the same if we weren't considered an underdog. After the game, more PS2, then i turned on HBO and Along Came Polly was on. I enjoyed that too, pretty funny. Yeah, it's a chick flick, but i thought it was pretty good. Then I just finished up watching Wanna Come Inside? on MTV. Fuckin my favorite show ever. Both duds got invited in and it was a beautiful thing.
So to sum that all up, i just sat on my ass, hit the gym, and took nyquil this weekend. Pretty sweet. Looking forward to the day off tomorrow from work and then i'm gonna take off Friday so that i can go home and also take Monday cuz i need to be home before classes start. Other than that, not much else goin on. Anyone want dinner somewhere out tomorrow night call me...Late.
