Alright, I'm out of patience and this is officially not amusing anymore.
They're handing out what they're calling a cure. I don't know if it is - I don't care if it is. I need to my shipment, which I requested from Ceno weeks ago, to get here now. I want to know why it's not here and i want to know who's responsible for that fact and I want them to explain to me why they apparently feel that my patients are so much less worthy than theirs and then I want to deck them in the jaw.

Of course I would never do that. Violence isn't the way to solve anything. But still. I'm irritated and I know people with anger management issues. Maybe I should ask them to teach me to threaten people more convincingly?
