Heine has gynophobia, an abnormal fear of women, due to his childhood, and therefore will freak out if a girl or woman gets anywhere too close to him. He'll move away as fast he can and be even ruder than usual. His manners are... less than good in any case, so. Yep. He also tends to be insensitive and simply crude to everyone, so please don't take it as a personal attack.
