*Fortunately, Toboe was in the flower field when the age change hit, otherwise he might have been trapped in his room. He's been deagged to a pup, so he looks a lot like this. He's currently got the human illusion down, so everyone can see him in his cute splendor (though he may be pissy if you call him that). If he puts it up, he'd appear

[The pursuit of adventure has lead Raoul to a field of flowers. Flowers have no place in his epic journey. He's about to plunge deeper into the ship when he hears the howling. Naturally, he goes to investigate, following the noise...]

*Toboe was hoping the howling would bring Granny to him, so he stops as soon as he hears someone. He doesn't smell like Granny...but maybe he could help.
Since he had such little experiance with humans at this age, Toboe didn't really know he shouldn't talk to them. Oops?*

*His voice is tiny. Obviously scared.*

[Huh, the howling stopped. Well, he got pretty close by the sound of it, so maybe whatever it is is nearby...

Wait, there was another noise. Where oh where did it come from...]

*Toboe cants his head a bit at the strange words. But puppy is curious, so he stands up and pads towards their source.*

[There you are, noisy little thingy. He was kind of hoping for a big lizard or something interesting, but a weird looking puppy will have to do. He crouches down, arms on his knees in front of it.]

*Toboe cants his head to the other side, making another curious doggy noise at Raoul*

...You talk funny.

[...oh my. It's a talking dog. This encounter suddenly got much more exciting. Now if only it spoke in a language he understood.]

Bonjour, petit chien. Pouvez-vous me comprenez?

*Toboe's ears droop a bit. The boy is insisting on talking in that funny way, and Toboe has never encountered other languages before*

[Guess not. What's the point of a talking dog if no one can understand it?]

[Well, bye boring magic dog. Raoul's gonna go find something cooler.]

*That worked just as well. Raoul's moonspeak was kind of annoying, since Toboe couldn't ask him anything. The puppy bounds off in a different direction to search on his own. Though he'll probably just start howling again soon.*
