wow! it's been an insane week!!!! b-ball tourney wed-sat...we came in 2nd, losing by 4 to fillmore :-(...that was sad...but it was a good week kind of getting to know each other...van rides...the craziness of that...wow! too many fruit stands! my first varsity games too...i got to play in 3 of the 4, not bad...considering i wasn't expecting to play vs. santa clara...or in the first game...havne't scored yet, but did an ok job rebounding (so say other people...i was just grabbing and throwing it to the point...i can't keep track)...a super awkward ride home though on saturday...i was in my friend's car w/ her parents b/c coach had to go straight to alemany...and we were both bummed we lost, so didn't really talk at all...sat's on saturday...ew! the proctor was...weird...we started the first section at 8:51!!! so late! he sent some girl out for working ahead, and she talked her way out of it! how? i have no idea! i think i did better than last time ...i didn't get out of there till 1:20...rushed to school and then on to fillmore...hmm...oh! i got a scholarshipi for baylor, $32,000 over 4 years...i.e. 4,000 a semester...yay! a total gift from God, because i didn't have the right SAT scores, but they gave it to me anyway!then today i went to pacifica hospital...oh my goodness! it's so sad! the majority of the kids there are wards of the state, because the parents ahve just left them there...it's so sad...it makes me want to cry...i'm glad i got to go...well, i must go...my favorite tv show is on!
