Viaduct
We have this "thing" here in Seattle. It's sometimes called Highway 99 or.. The Viaduct. Currently, it's a dilapidated two-level transportation corridor that runs along the waterfront, with a few tangled downtown exits. Legislature is in the middle of a popularity-contest cat fight over how what its reconstructive surgery will further complicate things for us:
Hanging off the street, everyone says, "Whose Cadillac is that?"
