Deas Vail
Omg omg omg.
Deas Vail was amazing.
I went to the Tripple Rock Social club to see them and I was SO EXCITED. I had to look up my their Myspace page so I would actually have an idea of what they looked like. lol. I suck at meeting "the voices behind it all". That's how I am with everything. I'm getting better at it though! Like Crispin Freeman, THAT was amazing. And I've met him three times XD twice directly. Once I was in his presence but it was awesome all the same.
Anyways tonight was great. It's the first concert I've ever been to. Reason? It was only 16$ 8D. YEAH 16. And like four bands were playing including one of my FAVORITES. DEAS VAIL YEA YEA. So I just had to go. Plus I knew they never came around locally. And everything was pointing to yes so I went. I also found out today that they were releasing their new CD too! (YEAH I'M SUCH A GOOD FAN. NOT KNOWING WHAT PEOPLE LOOK LIKE AND THAT THEY HAVE NEW RELEASES.) ANYWAYS it was great because they played their new songs. I personally thought they were the best (besides Mae, they were awesome too with their videos. They were just really loud and I was tired and I have sensitive ears. agghgjadfhgjkadgjk. But it was cool because Deas Vail came on SECOND. so I was still full of life and like WHOOOOO.
The TRSC is really small for a music venue so I got to stand straight in the front right by my favorite singer with nobody shoving 8D. And his voice is amazing. Like an angel. And one of the guitartists is SO CUTE. (Like in that adorable and attractive sort of WAY XD) I swear it was fate or something. Cause after my dad droped me off he looped around and he and my two other family members in the car waved at me from across the street XD. And then this guy was walking by in front of the club and he was like "*smiling* YES! Wave to people! Tell them we're nice and awesome!" And continued on his marry way. I laughed my ass off with my bff ninja_d0rk. AND THEN LATER I SAW HIM GETTING READY ON STAGE AND WAS LIKE, "WTF??!?!?!?! THAT WAS HIM???" And he was a total ham on stage and all the band members were adorable because they were so excited for their new CD. ninja_d0rk has the first signed copy for three of the bandmembers 8D so they were all "eee! I've never signed the CD before so I'm really excited".
SO CUTE.
OH YEAH. THE LEAD SINGER. I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I WENT TO HIS (THEIR) BOOTH AFTERWARDS. HE CAME UP ALL OF A SUDDEN. (I WAS THE FIRST TO TALK TO HIM) XD And I was so happy to because I got to shake his HAND and he introduced himself and was all nice.
And then later on he was awesome again. I was going to buy a T-shirt from Jenny Owen Young and they didn't accept CREDIT. DUN DUN DUN. BUT he was next to them and (they're all good friends, on tour together) And he said we have a card reader (this is after I bought their shirt -before the show from a booth girl- bought a poster to sign, and then two CDs XD all from him) and he ASSISTED ME WITH MY CARD. IT WAS GREAT. I was like "Lol, oh my god. favorite lead singer ever just helped me with financial issues. PHH." I love him. AND HE'S WAY CUTE TOO. It was amazing to watch him sing. And I had no idea guitarists (in every band) headbanged so much. Lol. Tall quiet blond guy from the band was cute too. So adorable. I LOVE ADORABLE TALL PEOPLE. All in all, they made my night.
Lol and I think the guitarist waved at me on stage XD cause I was in the front. I think he saw my shirt and recognized me. I didn't want to wave in case he wasn't but he saw me grin at him XD.
And I got to hug guitar man (above). It was the end and I asked him if we could get hugs and he was like "Of course!" and I started something because I heard other people asking him for hugs after I was walkking away.

p.s. I got part of Andy's name on my pointer finger, right under my 2nd joint around the knuckle XD.
It stuck to my finger after I took it back when he signed it. I'm just glad it didn't smudge. he was also adorable btw. Tall and sweet. x3
p.s.s. I JUST REALIZED I HAVE THE LEAD SINGER'S HANDWRITING LOL. "T-shirt, 15($), and the date (today)." phhhhh. <3 On my carbon copy receipt for the hand-press credit card reader XD
Also, I'm wearing my man pajamas. Because they're worth it <3
