I see no problem with this as I'm too lazy to do okonomiyaki on my own - plus all the restaurants I went to in Japan just assumed us crazy gaijin had no idea what we were doing so they made it for us. Suited me fine. Haha. Now I know when I'm back in L.A. I'll have to drag you somewhere to play chef for a night. ^^;
