Her love for him was unconditional; he could do no wrong, he was faultless, flawless; absolutely perfect. And yet when he broke her heart, shattering it into a million pieces; she still smiled at what there once was.
Painstakingly, piece by piece, she tried to repair what was left. Each fragment marked permanently by his touch, his words, their memories; each fragment sharp and fragile.
She didn't care. She still loved him; foolishly and unconditionally.
