Quick note on the current state of the election:
Now that he's in there, I want him to win. I admit it. I've come around.
But everyone is FREAKING the fuck out right now because some stupid poll here and there says McCain is ahead. Let me just remind you that the electoral college is what counts, so don't worry what the polls say right now. They really don't mean a thing. In fact, I have picked up the pattern -- whomever is being paraded through the headlines is the one who is winning the polls. Palin is the media darling right now because she's shiny and new. Americans are sheep. They let the media think for them. So, as soon as Obama steps up his campaign, and the media starts reporting on him again, the people will follow.
