It's been several weeks since she's been back in the Lunatic Cafe. She had been throwing herself in her work since all she could think about was John. At first Inara was happy for her, but as the weeks went on, Inara started to tell her she needed to forget since relationships like that very rarely work out, yet still....
She was wiping her hands off with a rag on her way to the galley for a snack when she stepped into the cafe and her heart stops.
She blinks and than pulls her hair out of the ponytail just in case. Than she shakes her head with a sigh. Silly girl. She was supposed to be forgetting.
She walks over to a booth and orders a strawberry shake.
