Happy Birthday!
Today's my birthday! I'm now legally mature enough to see drug activity, teen partying, boobies, and alcohol on the big screen. I feel so lucky! I celebrated with the family last night. I received lots of money which is always nice. Mommy gave me jewelry. Daddy got me sports apparel. It's pretty amusing how complete that makes me. I got my girl presents, my boy presents, and the in-between cash. Delish. It doesn't really feel like my birthday since there's so much going on. But it was nice to get birthday emails from some people. Who knew they would remember? Thanks to Tommy Murphy, Sam, and Era! I wonder what else I can do now that I'm 17 . . .
So I made the Varsity team again! It's pretty great to know that I'm pretty okay. I couldn't tell if my coach was joking or not, but he said I had to make it because I was already voted Program Captain in June. That was semi-comforting. I hope we do well this year. That would be great. Our bermuda grass field is amazing and I hope it catches everyone else off guard. It's pretty interesting grass if you ask me. I really want to be good this year. Like really. I hope I can do it.
