US Supreme Court Rules Against Native Hawaiian Land Claims

My advisor from college is quoted in this article. I took her Intro to Ethnic Studies and also Topics in Native Studies: Sovereignty Politics classes. I could be slightly biased, but I think she's totally right in this case and SCOTUS got it wrong. How twisted can you make the constitution?! For them to rule for Native Hawaiians, though, would have meant a dramatic political shift, rather than the status quo they seem to like to uphold.
let's keep same sex marriage out of scotus for a while, k please?
