One exam to go!
So it's been awhile. I finished up that photo assignment and tomorrow I'm gonna stop by the art building to pick up my final critique grade. How much does it suck that I can't take a studio art class next semester? And that I won't be taking one fall 2006 semester? I'll have to wait until Spring 2007.
But then we also have to take into consideration why I won't be taking one fall 2006.... That's right! I'm getting out of the country once again and studying in Santiago, Chile! Yo quiero pasar el resto de mi vida en otro pais!
WELL... not really... but I can't wait to study abroad for an entire semester!!! It was a tough choice between going to Spain again and trying something new... but I'm ready for it.
In other news... I've started this whole friends-with-benefits thing. It just seems so easy, I guess. I dont know... I just feel like there isn't that much pressure, which is nice.
I turned 20 since the last time I wrote, too. It was over Thanksgiving Break so I got to celebrate in Charlotte, in Pittsboro, and obviously with the Dtown/Huntersville crew. Jason got me the new Silverchair CD... made me think about how I used to spend summers with my cousin and gramma in Florida listening to Silverchair's Neon Ballroom and other bands. A glorious reprieve from Nickelodeon.
Also... I got a grade summary back in Western Civ where my exam grade on the summary was better than I actually got. So I, being extremely retarded, emailed my professor and told him. WTF? He said that we would worry about it after the final and that we "might" talk to my other professor about it then. They team-teach.
So we did, and he came to my rescue.
But after my first 2 exams, both on Friday, I stuffed Sarah and her shit into the car and drove home. The guys had their first show with a vocalist, ever!!! And Adam did such a good job. The show was at The Milestone in Charlotte... the oldest club in Charlotte or something. Go to their website. They played with Dirty South Revolutionaries... all I remember is White Powder and thinking I was about to be killed... and Minority Party. I had not seen them play yet and it was awesome! Chris looked so happy the whole time and I got to see Andy, who I hadn't seen in forever!!! It was nice.
So after Minority Party Jenna, Bobby, Sarah, and I headed over to Jason's and waited for them for a million years. Then it was party time and I think I took about 90 pictures. Am I retarded?

Yeah, I have to drive back to Charleston today so I can study for my last exam and hopefully make it over to Ashley's for dinner. She knows Sarah is gone and that I can't cook, so she's helping a girl out.
