I'm a pimp in every sense of the word, bitch

"You know I - thug 'em, fuck 'em, love 'em, leave 'em
Cause I don't fuckin' need 'em
Take 'em out the hood, keep 'em lookin' good
But I don't fuckin' feed 'em..."

So I put in an old mix today, just to see what I was listening to back in the day... there was some joydrop (still love that song!) and some nirvana and some snoop dogg and some jay-z. heck yeah! "Big Pimpin'" came on and I was like, "Oh SHIT!" And then I started rappin' right along with him. I can't believe I remember those words! It was an experience. Tomorrow I'll definitely have to put in another mix... but what could beat some Coyote Ugly Leanne Rimes or some Wheatus? It'll definitely be an adventure.

Friday we spent the day spending money... bad idea. But we got our mom her Mother's Day present and went with our dad to get his tattoo, bought myself a new tongue ring... it was all good times. Then we went out to dinner as a family at Ciro's. And that guy is still there with his accordian. A second home, that pizza place. Yummy!

After that I talked to Jake Troth and ended up over at Jason's listening to them jam for a bit. Then we drove around trying to find a place to eat and ended up at Herlocker's. I remember it being so good; Hurd took me there once. Then we ended up back at Jake's place playing Beirut (not Beer Pong). There was this crazy Irish guy who was totally sponsored by Billabong for pro-surfing and had a full ride to Duke for soccer until he tore both his ACLs and has a website with pictures of the 87 girls he's been with in the past 7 months who also had a gun shoot a hole through his foot yet miraculously emerge without a scar and has been in more bar brawls than anyone could ever imagine. Basically, he was full of shit. But he was a scary little man. He kept on taking out his knives and he was throwing them at trees. I was definitely a little uncomfortable with him there. Luckily he left. I guess we just played games all night, because I don't remember doing anything other than that... I did "win" a mini flash light from Jake for being able to finish my beer... go me.

On Saturday we woke up and spent the day lazily around the house until it was time for the Gray Griffin Alumni Game. There were definitely more people there this year than last which was great. It was so neat seeing some of the guys I only see once a year. Especially Jeremy! I haven't seen him I guess since last year... Sarah and I definitely should have married him and Derek when we had the chance!

After the game Sarah had to shower, then we swung over to Jason's to pick him up, then to Bobby's and we ended up at the Rusty Rudder. Would have been pretty awesome if we were 21, unlimited free beer all night long... I mean, come on! Torture just sitting there watching those buckets come full and leave empty... but they were strict as anything there! Had a beer spilled on me... also Bobby kept telling all the guys I had my clit pierced so that was a pretty interesting conversation starter... "Wanna show me your piercings?" Eww!

We hung out there for a good bit and then we went up to Davidson to party like those smarty pants do... well... I mean, it was cool and everything... And I saw Usman! Hooray!
I just want to say again how awesome it is just hanging out with those guys. They're all like brothers to me and I'm so lucky to have them as friends.

And today I got back to Charleston and spent a glorious 3 hours in the library studying for the worst day ever tomorrow. Bah.
