we celebrated max's birthday yesterday with lots of fabulous family and friends. my backyard summer party idea got completely washed out with ridiculous amounts of thunderstorms (that conveniently stopped right as the party was winding down...booo!)...so i brought everything in the house and we had a happy, sunny party indoors.
all of the little ones danced around the house in party hats and gorged on sno cones and cotton candy and jello and popcorn. they spoiled max with the best birthday gifts a man of 5 could ask for. and i guess i feel a little spoiled too to have such wonderful people in our lives.
including everyone that sent max birthday wishes last week!
