I wasn't aware Wesker was in custody either. Though I believe releasing him is unwise. Nothing that exists is fully beyond manipulation. And using someone who has pulled things so rapidly over on individuals... ...as a method of obtaining another, leaves the feeling that it could possibly repeated.

Give a man a foot of string, and he'll take ten, sometimes despite any pain that may be given to them in response.

Unfortunately, as true as that is, I feel that Wesker can only be retained for so long. If we can't keep him down, we have to keep him controlled - and as considerable risk as it is, I'm going to take every precaution to ensure the safety of my men and of Purgatorium while he's awake. I have several ideas for how I'm going to accomplish it, things I'll propose when I have Wesker's answer and he's back under for the duration.

And I'm taking any and all suggestions.

Valid -- as I've seen men walk through brick and steel walls that try to hold them. To get people to do what you want, you have to make them believe they are on the winning end of the situation. If it was something he was not immediately aware of, then freedom looks much nicer.

Precisely. And Wesker is an arrogant man. I don't think for a moment that he believes we could keep him under our control. The problem is, he might just be right. We must do our best to counteract that, but let him carry on thinking he has the upper hand.

If you say we may not be able to, then who is to say we could keep both Wesker and Grantz under control at once. So is it a one for the other? Because that is what it appears to be to me.

I think we can take them both. Grantz... we can hold him for up to a month before we will have to find another solution. After that, they might give him his powers based on good behaviour. I still remember the carnage at ShinRa; that can't happen here.

... If we're very lucky, we might be able to keep them both on as servants of a sort.

Then I will do as I can to be sure this project is successful, and contemplate on matters of restraint. Mm...well, his powers will be no problem. A shame I don't have the same resources as I do at home.
