I just saw
Bella. A very, very touching film which stars him:
Eduardo Verastegui.

Bella - 5 stars.
I used to find it somehow unreal when people say that one person changed their life forever. How this one person can have such a profound effect on your life.
For Jose, his life changes and begins after a traumatic event that led to the death of a very young girl. Once a talented soccer player whose rise to fame is toppled before it began, he eventually becomes a line cook for his brother's restaurant--occasionally getting flashbacks of the accident several years back.
When Nina, a coworker at his brother's restaurant, is fired for being late, Jose forges a friendship with her. He eventually finds out that she is pregnant and is considering abortion.
For me, the story really begins at that pivotal moment. Not because I was enamored by the actor who played Jose, but because of how strangely convenient their circumstances were. And how each actor played them beautifully vulnerable. Here is a man who has been atoning for accidentally killing a young girl, and a woman whose circumstances would hinder raising a child.
Gah, it resonates so much, and I'm touched very deeply.

I eventually try to think of that one person who has affected me so. And I would have to say that it's this girl. All my life's work revolves around wanting to see a world where little girls like her will find all the success in the future.
